We are honored to continue the traditions and recipes
of Chef Alfredo. Born in Sicily, Italy, he began
learning these ravioli recipes in his grandmother’s
restaurant when he was only 8 years old. This
passion for cooking has lead to over 50 years of
experience in the kitchen, including 30 years as a
chef on the Princess Cruise Line. We share with you
his famous homemade ravioli that have found their
way from Italy to Cedar City and St. George, Utah.
